Norman Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. A message sent to us contains only the material supplied in that message and is used to respond.

Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for site operation and readership patterns. Cookies or comparable tools can support basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
The limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual readers.

Links can lead to county and state records portals, archive collections, libraries, and third-party search tools. The policies of those services govern information supplied there, including information entered in sponsored-result tools.
